The Red Oak Labs platform is designed around a practical principle: handle incoming CNT material under containment, convert it into controlled wet preparations early in the workflow, then develop documented forms that researchers can test.
Each zone adds control, documentation, or application relevance. The goal is not simply to disperse CNTs; it is to produce a material system that can survive comparison and iteration.

Initial handling and transfer of dry CNT feedstock, followed by wetting, are treated as controlled containment steps; once wetted, the material continues through liquid-phase formulation and downstream processing.
Develop aqueous CNT formulations and BNC/CNT systems around the target substrate, rheology window, or experimental objective.
Use fit-for-purpose measurements to compare lots and experiments: physical appearance, stability, rheology, conductivity, solids, or coupon behavior as appropriate.
Convert the selected formulation into a customer-testable format such as a liquid development sample, film, coated coupon, swatch, or small comparison set.
